About GSK
GSK wanted to create a VR experience that could help them raise awareness about Pneumonia and the use of their drug. They wanted to increase doctors' engagement in multiple conferences to describe Pneumonia-related medical cases. DigiTrends was approached to create a virtual clinic experience to help healthcare professionals communicate with patients, conduct tests, and administer the appropriate diagnosis and treatment. At DigiTrends, we offer virtual reality development services that include immersive 3D environments and client-centric designs. How We Addressed the Problems
To address these challenges, DigiTrends developed a custom VR simulation of a clinic that transformed the way healthcare professionals were trained on the drug’s usage.
Immersive Medical Simulation
An interactive VR simulation of a medical room, where doctors could engage with the patient, bringing about a sense of realism that traditional methods could not provide.
Comprehensive Training Experience
The simulation guided doctors from the patients’ history and diagnosis to treatment, including a 3D visualization of the drug’s effects on the human body for deeper clinical understanding.
Confidence Building for Doctors
The VR experience improved doctors’ decision-making skills and enhanced their confidence in prescribing the drug to patients.
