Usually, the collaboration or round table discussions among doctors and sales representatives are boring.

We have changed this for the long term by introducing quizzes during RTD. Professionals can happily engage by answering questions and receiving rewards. It brings around 5000 doctors from all over the place. Ultimately, making sessions fun and engaging.

This platform serves the purpose of collaboration among sales representatives and doctors through smooth interaction.

The Problem

Abbott has always played a vital role in scientific knowledge and practices in medicines. Being the largest healthcare institute, Abbott constantly strives to engage doctors and bring out the best in the industry.

However, this time, it was a bit challenging as the activities carried out were turning out to be boring with poor results. This was a challenging phase for the company. To gather doctors on a single table for discussions while getting them engaged wasn't going so great.

The main challenge was to ease the engagement among sales representatives and the doctors from the fields of Pain, Gastro, and CNS. Every day, these representatives struggle with having doctors sit around and talk. They were now looking for a solution to reduce the awkwardness and increase engagement.

The Solution

We aced up the game by introducing the fun game. We brought the idea to develop a platform for both Abbott’s main management and sales representatives.

Ace marathon is a solution that helps sales representatives log in to their account, initiate a game, connect doctors on their phones through a code while they wait for the food. Meanwhile, doctors are supposed to answer different 10 questions as per their fields. It goes up to 3 levels, and the top 3-5 winners are rewarded at the end. Doctors answer questions, and results are shown on the dashboard of the sales representative.

Abbott also got the platform to track sales representative’s activities and results of these quizzes to monitor their sessions closely.
